J. Andrew's passion for filmmaking dates back to his childhood, sparked by a fascination with his father's VHS camera. He started his first video production company at age 16, filming weddings and events. Today, he stands at the helm of Liberty Lane Films, channeling his extensive background in graphic design and photography into creating compelling narrative and documentary films. His educational journey, enriched by a return to film school, refined his technique and artistic vision.
Recognized both domestically and internationally, J’s multiple-award-winning films delve into personal and societal themes, to engage and challenge audiences. Through dedication to his craft, J commits to not just entertaining but also imparting meaningful social commentary, blending his creative passion with a dedication to advocacy.
Since launching Liberty Lane Films in 2020, J continues to innovate and inspire, proving that cinema can be a powerful medium for storytelling and change.
